Shipping Information

Most items are made to order so please allow up to 14 days for production. If an item is in stock it will ship in 3-5 business days. In stock items will be listed as such in their descriptions. Domestic purchases will be shipped USPS Priority Insured. 

USPS Priority (small flat rate box) - $11.20

USPS Priority (medium flat rate box) - $22.25

Packaging

All pieces are packaged with care in a “Una Barrett Jewelry” signature gift box.

In an effort to make shipping and packaging practices more environmentally friendly, by default all orders will be securely packaged together unless otherwise requested. 

*If you are buying multiple items and would like them packaged in separate boxes for gifting please send email a request for gift wrapping (free of charge) to: unabarrettllc@gmail.com

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is handcrafted and ALL SALES ARE FINAL – No Credit Card Refunds. You may exchange a piece for credit towards another within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase as long is in it’s original, unworn condition with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones – and the finish of the metal and/or stones are not scratched or marred.

To initiate an exchange, email unabarrettllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of jewelry with your exchange request. Your original sales receipt may be required.

You will be responsible for shipping and insurance for all exchanges. Insure the package for the full value of the jewelry, and return it in the gift box inside of a larger box with bubble wrap to prevent rattling and protect the piece during transit.

Each item must be in it’s original condition or a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange credit. I reserve the right to refuse any exchange that is not in resale condition. Credit for exchanged merchandise will be extended for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Refunds for damaged items will only be given if incurred during shipping or if an item is defective.
